Barnstable Harbor is imprinted in Jack’s DNA. Born and raised in Barnstable Village with summers on Sandy Neck, Jack cut his teeth pulling fish weirs off the back of Sandy Neck, freezing whiting and hake for shipping to the mink farms of Wisconsin, and working at the harborside fish store. Handling boats has always been second nature. After stints in Miami studying marine geology and New York working on mainframe computers at Honeywell, Jack returned to his roots. For over 20 years he’s owned Millway Marina on the site of his youthful endeavors in the fish business. Today you’ll find him there seven days a week -- greeting customers, test driving boats, hauling, towing, doing whatever needs to be done, all while quietly running the show.

When not working, Dana enjoys spending time on the water fishing and boating with his three children.
Peyton is a native Cape Codder, born and raised in Barnstable. As Millway’s boat and motor sales assistant, Peyton’s is the voice you’ll hear when you call for information. She’ll answer your questions, connect you with sales, register your boat, and handle your warranty claims. She may even pump your gas! When she’s away from the marina, you’ll find her on the sidelines at the lacrosse field or in the stands at the hockey rink cheering on her son or in the auditorium applauding her daughter’s budding dance career.
Suzanne has enjoyed living on Cape Cod for 26 years. She brings her many years of office administrative experience to Millway as their parts and service administrator. Suzanne will gladly assist you with helping to coordinate any of your parts and service needs. When not at Millway, she treasures spending time at home and with her family.
Growing up on the north shore of Cape Cod, Ian began his career in the marine industry at an early age. After mating on a charter fishing boat for six seasons, Ian became trained as a small boat mechanic at a local marina. Upon graduation from The Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2000 with a BS in Marine Transportation, Ian launched his career as a captain aboard the motor vessel "Whale Watcher", whale watching from Barnstable Harbor in summer and as a high speed ferry in Florida in the winter. In 2002, Ian went to work for a large Cape Cod yacht yard where he honed his marine electronic, refrigeration, air conditioning and large boat mechanical skills while serving as a delivery captain, tow boat operator, and in 2006 built his own 30’ custom sport fishing boat. In 2007 Ian took a yacht captain's job running a 112 Westport Motor yacht, cruising New England in the summer and the Caribbean/Bahamas in the winter. After a 17 year hiatus, Ian rejoined Millway Marina as Service Manager in March 2016.
